TEN IN THE PARK
Bangor recorded an emphatic 10 (Ten) nil victory over IFA
Interim League side Moyola Park in Castledawson this evening.
Dominic Melly set Bangor on their way after 10 minutes from the penalty spot. Glenn Hand added a second and Anto Walsh hit one from distance to make it 3-0 at the break. Dee Irvine bundled in number 4 after 52 minutes and substitute Ryan Tumelty opened his account for the evening on 64 minutes to make it 5-0. No.19 Marty Verner was finding as much room on the pitch as he was in his shirt and added two more goals to make it 7-0 after 70 minutes. Tumelty and Hand both struck again in the final quarter to make it 9-0. Tumelty finished the rout in the final minute to complete his hat-trick and score Bangor's tenth. Bangor travel to Allen
Park on Saturday to play Chimney Corner.

CLUB DONATE SHIRTS
Bangor Football Club has donated 3 Liverpool FC shirts which
have been autographed by the Legends side to the Natasha Falls
- Journey
of Hope campaign.
Natasha Falls was diagnosed with 18q-, which in genetic terms means that the long arm of the Chromosome 18 is missing. The condition is so rare that Natasha is one of only four children in the world who have the same form of 18q-. As a result Natasha's mother and father, need to raise money to send Natasha to Chicago, where she can get the care and treatment she needs. Pictured are Bangor FC Chairman Trevor Best and Raymond Porter from Bangor FC Social Club presenting the shirts to Steven Cardy. On the 24th August Steven Cardy is embarking on a sponsored walk from Holywood FC Social Club to Bangor FC Social Club in aid of the Natasha Falls fund. The walk is followed by a Day at the Races in Bangor FC Social Club from 3pm - Everyone Welcome.

REPORT ON THE RESERVES
John Bailie's Bangor Reserves side have
kicked off their pre-season with three victories.
The season began on Tuesday 22nd July with a 4-1 win over Bangor Young Men. Billy Youle, Tony Tumelty, Lee Mercer and Simon Graham were on target for the Seasiders. Last Thursday evening the Reserves picked up their second victory in a 1-0 win over Bryansburn Rangers. Gary Sharratt scored the only goal of the game after a great run and pass from Johnny Roy. On Saturday, the Reserves travelled to play Junior Shield winners Ballywalter. In an excellent all round performance the Seasiders ran out emphatic 10-2 winners. Tony Tumelty hit a hat-trick while Billy Youle(2), Lee Mercer, Robert Knox, David Brotherston, Gary Sharratt and the excellent Michael Hunter scored the others.

Bangor fell to a 2-0 home defeat to Championship side
Ballymoney United at Clandeboye Park this afternoon.
A deflected cross gave United the lead after just 4 minutes and then Burnside added to Bangor's woes in the second half when he raced through unchallenged to slot the ball past Plummer.

BANGOR 2-2 PRESTON NE Xi
Bangor fought out a 2-2 draw with a Preston North End eleven to
Clandeboye Park this evening.
The Seasiders started the match poorly and found themselves 2-0 down inside the first 15 minutes. However Marty Verner hit home a penalty on 16 minutes to get Bangor back in the game. Bangor improved in the second half and had several great chances to equalise. Bangor did eventually level the match when the Preston keeper misjudged a simple backpass and miscued the ball into his own net.
In tonight's other match a Bangor FC Xi defeated Bryansburn Rangers 1-0 at the Ballywooley Playing Fields.

BALLYMONEY UNITED GAME BACK ON
Following the cancellation of Bangor's match against Blackpool
earlier today, the club have now confirmed that the originally
scheduled game against Ballymoney United will now go ahead on
Saturday.

BLACKPOOL CANCEL N.I. TOUR
Bangor's scheduled game against Blackpool on Saturday has been cancelled.
Simon Grayson's men were scheduled to play both Ballymena United and Bangor, but they have now announced that "due to unforeseen circumstances" they will not be coming to Northern Ireland this week. Bangor are currently trying to arrange an alternative fixture for this weekend. Ballymoney United 2:30pm £5 £3

BANGOR 2-3 LIVERPOOL LEGENDS
Bangor took on the Liverpool Legends side this afternoon in front of a
bumper Clandeboye Park crowd.
The Liverpool side included former stars such as Bruce Grobbelaar, Alan Kennedy, John Aldridge, Jan Molby, Paul Walsh, David Speedie, Mike Marsh, John Wark, Mark Walters, Howard Gayle and Ray Houghton. Johnny Tumelty opened the scoring for Bangor and David Irvine soon added a second. Liverpool hit back with a goal from David Speedie on the stroke of half-time to make it 2-1. Marty Quinn has also agreed terms with midfielder Dominic Melly for the new season. PRE-SEASON FIXTURES
Bangor have been forced to re-arrange two of their pre-season
fixtures due to an earlier than expected start to the IFA
Championship season.
Bangor's proposed game against Glebe Rangers has been cancelled and the Seasiders will now travel to Allen Park, Antrim on Saturday 2nd August to play Chimney Corner (3pm Kick Off). Bangor's home friendly against Banbridge Town has also been cancelled and the Seasiders will now face Abbey Villa at Clandeboye Park on Tuesday 5th August, 7:30pm The revised line up of pre-season fixtures is as follows:
