9th June 2008 - NEW KITS UNVEILED
Bangor's new home and away kits for season 2008/09 were
unveiled this afternoon.
In a change from recent seasons, both the home and away kits will be predominantly yellow and will be manufactured by Vandanel. The home shirts will continue to be sponsored by the club's main sponsor fonaCAB, while the away shirts will be sponsored by CIL Stewart.Bangor's other main sponsor Mellons Hyundai will appear as a sponsor on the sleeve of the shirts. Bangor FC would like to express their thanks to fonaCAB ,CIL Stewart and Mellons Hyundai for their continued support. The full kit launch takes place on Thursday 19th June when replica shirts, club flags, track suits, mugs and season tickets go on sale at the Mellons Hyundai showroom in Bangor. (11am - 8pm). Local Press, sponsors, dignatories, players and staff will be in attendance. Replica shirts will be priced £35 Adult, £27 Junior. 4th June 2008 - MORE SIGNINGS
Several more players have agreed terms with Bangor for the new season. Goalkeeper Ryan Brown and midfielder Mark Magennis have both agreed terms for the new season. Also joining Bangor for the new season is talented midfielder Noel Anderson. Noel played for Marty Quinn at Coleraine before spending the final part of last season at Larne. Bangor are currently in negotiation with ten other players and further announcements on signings will be made throughout the course of June and early July. NEW KIT
2nd June 2008 - IN RESERVE
New Bangor Reserve Team Manager John Bailie has appointed his backroom staff for the new season. Former Bangor defender Jason Allen makes a welcome return to Clandeboye Park as Assistant Manager to the Reserve Team. Also joining the Bangor Reserve Team backroom staff is Davy Bryson who takes up the joint role of Coach and Kit Manager. Meanwhile, Marty Quinn is expected to announce several more key signings within the next 24 hours. |
